Six Pizzas Define the Heritage Square Menu

Illustrative MenuLedger editorial graphic

The focused Heritage Square snapshot records current reviewed amounts for all six staple wood-fired pizzas plus salad and antipasto.

Heritage Square’s menu is centered on six staple wood-fired pizzas. The reviewed location menu lists Marinara at $18, Margherita at $22, Rosa at $23, Biancoverde at $24, and both Sonny Boy and Wiseguy at $26.

What separates the six pies

The ingredients distinguish the pizzas as clearly as the prices. Marinara uses tomato, oregano and garlic without listing cheese. Margherita combines tomato, fresh mozzarella and basil. Rosa pairs red onion, Parmigiano Reggiano, rosemary and Arizona pistachios. Wiseguy uses wood-roasted onion, house-smoked mozzarella and fennel sausage. Sonny Boy brings together tomato, fresh mozzarella, salami and Gaeta olives, while Biancoverde combines several cheeses with arugula.

These descriptions are useful for comparison, but they are not allergy declarations. A short ingredient line cannot establish cross-contact practices or prove that no other ingredient is present. Preparation and allergy questions still belong with the restaurant.

A deliberately short supporting section

The smaller starters-and-salads group remains concise. Market Salad is recorded at $12 and Antipasto at $16. A market salad can change with available ingredients, so its name should not be expanded with a fixed recipe from an older menu. House-Baked Bread remains a real item in the section without borrowing a number from Town & Country or another Bianco Group business.

Location evidence stays separate

The restaurant’s official Heritage Square page supplies the branch address, schedule and service policy, while the reviewed location menu supplies the amounts. Heritage Square states that it does not accept reservations and does not offer takeout. Those policies belong to this restaurant and should not be copied to Town & Country, which operates differently.

The prices describe the reviewed menu snapshot, not a guaranteed future bill. Taxes, drinks, additions and later changes sit outside the stated item amounts. Keeping the source and review date beside the record makes the six-pizza comparison reproducible without padding the page with dishes from related locations.
