What the Current Franklin Barbecue Menu Confirms
The current official menu supports all 15 selected meat, sandwich, side and drink amounts, with per-pound, per-link and container sizes kept explicit.
Franklin Barbecue’s selected MenuLedger record contains 15 entries across barbecue by the pound, sandwiches and sides, and drinks. The restaurant’s official menu now supplies a dependable amount for every selected entry. The record keeps units beside the price because a pound of brisket, one sausage link and a single side are not comparable portions.
Barbecue by weight
Brisket is listed at $42 per pound, pork spare ribs at $34 per pound, and pulled pork and turkey at $32 per pound. Sausage is $6 per link, while the same official menu also states $26 per pound. MenuLedger leads with the per-link amount and retains the per-pound alternative in the note instead of collapsing two purchasing formats into one number.
These are published menu amounts, not estimates of a typical order. The final charge for an item sold by weight depends on the quantity served or ordered. The official page also identifies products beyond this deliberately limited 15-item snapshot; their existence does not justify silently expanding the structured record without another item-level review.
Sandwiches and sides
The selected Chopped Beef Sandwich is $9 and the Pulled Pork Sandwich is $16. Potato salad, slaw and pinto beans each start at $5 for a single serving. The official menu also lists $7.40 for a pint and $14 for a quart, so those larger formats remain attached as price context rather than being represented as duplicate dishes.
Drinks
Iced tea, Natalie’s Lemonade, Mexican Coke and St. Arnold Root Beer are each $3 in the selected record. Dr Pepper is $1.50. The resulting numeric endpoints across these 15 entries are $1.50 and $42, but that is not a typical-meal range: the upper endpoint is a per-pound meat amount, while the lower endpoint is one drink.
Source and service limits
The official restaurant page states lunch service Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. until sold out. Availability can therefore end before the nominal closing period. The source check establishes what the page displayed on the recorded review date; it does not freeze inventory, weight, taxes or later menu changes. Visitors placing an order should use the linked official menu for the current amount and availability.
